Bitcoin hovers near $65,000 as key resistance caps further upside; Ethereum gains momentum
Bitcoin hovered around $64,966 on Saturday, with the key resistance level capping further upside, while Ethereum also gained momentum. Bitcoin was trading at $64,961, while Ethereum was around $1,915.Over the past 24 hours, Bitcoin gained 1.05% and Ethereum rose 0.55%. Among the major altcoins, BNB, Solana, Hyperliquid, Dogecoin, and Cardano rallied upto 16.46% whereas XRP and Tron were down 2.68% and 0.03% respectively.Nischal Shetty, Founder, WazirX said crypto markets ended the week higher, with Bitcoin gaining 1.8% from $63,085 to $64,214. Ethereum advanced 1.9%, recovering from $1,863 to $1,898. ETH remained close to the $1,900 threshold, although mixed risk sentiment limited further momentum.“On-chain data also showed around 155,000 BTC accumulated between $62,000 and $65,000, indicating continued buying within Bitcoin’s weekly range. Crypto ETFs generated approximately $745 million in net inflows across four consecutive positive sessions.
