Delhi-based ASF Group has so far delivered more than 5 million sq ft of workspaces across Northern India. 4 million sq ft of office space at its project ' ASF Insignia', to Genpact.

The transaction will see Genpact occupy a complete commercial tower. The company did not share the monthly rental for this leasing deal.

It also did not disclose the tenure of the agreement. 5 million sq ft of premium office space.

9 million sq ft in June quarter of this year across seven major cities -- Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
